The Comedy Duo of Carl & Buzz (Carl Bradley and Buzz Belmondo) are sent as punishment to a small TV station to provide local low budget programming. When the programs they create start to get a lot of attention they suddenly are thrust into the national spotlight and a bidding war for their services ensues.
